- For a named adult's booking entry or intake photo, ask the LEC for the existing record. The home page explains the request details and KORA's three-business-day response rule, which does not promise production within three days.
- For a filed charge or disposition, contact Morton District Court at 1025 Morton Street, P.O. Box 825, Elkhart, KS 67950, or call the clerk at 620-697-2563. Published hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
- For an Elkhart Police Department report, contact the City Clerk at 433 Morton Street or 620-697-2171. Jail records remain a separate LEC request.
- For Rolla city records, ask City Hall at 304 Washington or 620-593-4777 to identify the custodian. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- For a person sentenced to Kansas custody, use the Kansas Department of Corrections KASPER search. It is not a Morton County booking source.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP or ICE locator. Neither locator displays a mugshot.
